Preliminary Application Request

Thank you for your interest in applying for a grant from Trust The Journey. We are a 501(C)(3) foundation that provides funds to children who have disabilities, challenges and medical complex needs. We want to help provide financial assistance for therapy services, educational services, recreational services, medical supplements, functional medical facilities expenses, medical equipment. Helping support businesses facilitating to the needs for children who fall under all levels of the spectrum and also support all-inclusive facilities and programs.

The Board of Directors will review and provide grants to individuals in accordance with our guidelines and policies. Applications are reviewed and grants are awarded on a quarterly basis.


You may apply once each calendar year. Application deadline dates are February 1st, May 1st, August 1st, and November 1st. You will receive notification of the board's decision within 30 days of the application deadline. Notification will be sent by email to the person nominating the applicant.


Please note: We are a funder of last resort. This means all insurance must be exhausted before we can begin implementing a grant OR we need proof of non-coverage. Also, due to the high demand for grants, income levels over $150,000 will not be considered unless a strong financial need is documented.


Only complete applications will be considered.


Grants are considered for children and young adults who are up to 21 years of age. Grants must be used within 12 months from the date of award notification.
